Our rooms
All of our rooms have their own identity to be comfortable and calming with some luxurious touches. We call them Marazion, Kynance, Sennen, Gwynver & Gwithian.
There are five letting rooms, Marazion, Kynance, Sennen, Gwynver & Gwithian each with en-suite facilities and free wi-fi. Flat screen smart TVs with Netflix are also provided to enhance your stay. We have one double room, two with a super-king bedded rooms, a loft suite with a king sized bed and a small double sofa bed, and a comfortable twin. Our super-king rooms split to twins depending on your preference.
All rooms have hairdryers, fridges and a tea and coffee tray.
There is free wi-fi access in the rooms and house.
All our rooms are en-suite, with crispy cotton bedding and fluffy towels for your use.
All our bathrooms have toiletries for your use, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and handwash.
Marazion
Cosy Double bedroom
A comfortable double with ensuite bathroom facilities (this room does not have a shower) This room is at the back of the house over looking the garden. This room is dog friendly.

Sennen
Double/twin bedroom
A large double room with a super king sized bed (this can be split into a twin option) The room is located at the front of the house and has a lovely bay window seating area perfect for relaxing. It has high ceilings creating a very spacious feel. It has an ensuite shower room.

Gwynver
Double/Twin bedroom

Gwithian
Loft suite / Family room
Our most spacious room, this space is the whole top floor of the house. It has a double bed and sofa bed giving it the option to be a family suite. Suitable for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children It has windows to the front and rear giving it a really light and airy feel. This room has an ensuite shower room and also a food preparation kitchen area with a fridge.

BOOKING TERMS
Subject to availability, single occupancy is available in room 1 and room 4. This will be charged at £10 less than the rate for 2 people sharing.
MINIMUM STAY
We operate a minimum 2 consecutive night stay policy. All bank holiday weekends, we have a three night minimum stay. One night stays are sometimes possible during our Off-Peak season and at short notice, please give us a call to check if possible. One night bookings are not available in advance and will attract a supplement of £10 to cover increased laundry and cleaning costs.
CREDIT CARDS
CHECK IN
Check in is between 4pm and 7pm (unless otherwise by arrangement), but we can take your luggage earlier. Check out is by 10am. luggage can be stored for you until later in the day.
CHILDREN & PETS
Dogs are welcome in Marazion and Kynance. There is an additional doggie room rate of £15 charged per night. Only one dog per room is permitted.
If you have both a dog and children please give us a call to discuss.
DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS
When you book, we charge a deposit of the cost of the first nights stay. This deposit becomes non-refundable if your booking is cancelled at any time, unless we can re-let the room (in which case the deposit will be refunded).
In the event of cancellation for any reason less than 7 days prior to arrival, the full stay cost will be payable on cancellation and will be charged to your card. We will try to re-let your room and if we are successful, the room cost will be refunded by the amount for which are able to re-let the room (less any booking charges we incur). Please consider adequate insurance to cover cancellation. For any cancellation following a booking, any refund will be subject to a deduction which covers the relevant credit/debit card commission charges and any additional administration costs.
