March 2020 Coastal walk

  • ★  Start Time/Arrival: Friday 20th March from 2pm
  • ★ End Time/Departure: Tuesday 24th March Midday

  • Any allergies or dietary requirements can be catered for.
    On one of the evenings we will be eating out at a fantastic Cornish Restaurant (details to follow) This will be payable per head. A cold supper at the house will be provided if you do not wish to eat out.

All inclusive

  • 4 nights accommodation in a luxury coastal home.
  • All meals, drinks & training included. Travel Costs not included.
  • All food at the house is included, to include wake up snacks and juices, brunch, afternoon tea and 4 evening meals.

Yoga

  • Morning workouts, Yoga and Pilates. 2 classes every day. 
  • Yoga. A series of movements and postures that focus on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Pilates. Exercise to strengthen and tone, improving alignment and reeducating normal movement patterns for optimum performance.

Coastal walks

  • Daily hikes on the costal path.
  • Nordic walking on some fantastic beach locations.
